I was able to check in an hour early for free since my room was ready. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the city center. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a "quiet" room in advance, as the hotel is located on a big avenue with heavy traffic. Rooms facing the inner courtyard are much quieter and ensure a more peaceful stay. The room had everything I needed, different amenities were available upon request. Some of the furniture was slightly "worn out", but that wasn't a big issue for me. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious – I slept like a baby! The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience, and the quality matches (or even exceeds) the price. Best wishes!

The location was great, with markets and restaurants a few feet's. Also some monuments and places to visit are closer (National Museum, Great Market, Fashion Street,...) The bed is king size and comfortable. The bathroom had hot floor and the good pressure of water. The breakfast was good, however, if not included in the booking, it was expensive.

Great central location with underground and overground transport services within 5 min walk. Good size room with comfortable bed. International breakfast with good selection of produce. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great central location. Easy to walk to a lot of the tourist sites. Staff were friendly and quickly responsive to any request. Nothing was a bother for them. Hotel was very clean and a good range of choices at breakfast. Comfortable beds.

The hotel location is perfect, a walking distance from everything. The room itself was very pretty and very comfy, especially the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was daily room service.

the beat thing regarding the stay was the location. the room itself was pretty good, we've asked for room with 2 separate beds and got it which was good/ we've asked to fix something in the room and they've arrived and try to fix it.
