We required a central location for a meeting which the hotel delivered. Car parking next door. Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent room and facilities. Good breakfast and bar.

We were very dissatisfied with the behavior of the receptionist, who gave us incorrect information upon arrival (that we were lucky and that the room upgrade we requested would be free and we would not have to pay anything), but upon check-out we finally paid and they did not even apologize for the incorrect information and were rude to us, reading to us the written communication we had! We were determined to pay anyway, as we requested the upgrade and knew the amount and the payment! However, when you inform something different during check-in and at check-out there is a different information, you expect at least an apology for the incorrect information! We should note that when we were informed about the free upgrade to our room, there were 4 employees at the reception, so logically someone heard our entire conversation and our repeated questions about whether we are sure that we will not have to pay anything, as well as the employee's answers and our many thanks for the, not finally, upgrade. Check what you say and how you say it! Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were amazing, the employees in the breakfast and cleaning areas were very kind! Very central hotel, everywhere on foot.

The room was very comfortable, the whole hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was fabulous, the staff were all very helpful. The small details like free hot drinks in the lobby, the luggage storage and umbrellas to borrow were very thoughtful.
