Really great hotel, well located with easy access to everything and good links to public transport a short walk away. Breakfast offering was varied, although staff clearly overwhelemed when the hotel was full. Spa facilities were an added bonus. Room was well sized and bed was very comfortable, with some nice touches. Gluten free bread at breakfast was great, as was egg station. Would absolutely stay here again. Front of house staff were all excellent.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the location, the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would have prolonged our holiday if they had room. The hotel was so fantastic we spend much time there and didnt explore budapest as much as we planned. We will have to come again ;)

Outstanding staff and overall nice facilities, but the rooms are a bit outdated. The noise insulation also needs to be improved.

Breakfast was great - Rich buffet breakfast - location wise - it's a 10-minute walk from the Center. the hotel surrounding is very quiet

The staff is great, well mannered and polite. I feel like they are definitely in the top 10% compared to other hotels in Budapest. Breakfast was also great, with tons of options.

The location of the property for us was perfect. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. Wallpaper on the top floors damaged or pealing off.
