The location - it was close to new York Cafe, and close to the city centre.

Very close to metro station and in the centre of the town , very nice breakfast, always hot water and very good temperature in the room when outside has -2C the rooms are very warm.

Location was good. The metro and tram were just a hands throw away. New York Cafe is hardly 4 mins walk away. The staff was helpful.

The room was lovely and looked out on a pretty forecourt, shower was ok but not the best I've used in hotels, was in a good area close enough to get to everything we wanted to see and do, beds were very comfortable 😀
