Stylish hotel which well located for all the key sights of Budapest. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and beds super comfortable - had brilliant sleep! Would highly recommend - you wont go wrong with this choice!

breakfast was great and in the beautiful restaurant next door. Room was quiet and comfortable, and very nicely designed. Great location right next to metro and Opera house. Could pre buy tickets for the spa via the hotel which was handy.

Comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, spacious, warm and clean room. Great location. Excellent breakfast (pastries were fabulous). Front desk very helpful.

Location is very convenient, right next to the metro station. Breakfast was above my expectation, basic products but served nicely, I don`t see this recently often in other hotels. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. In the room there was a small fridge and lots of coffees and teas we could use free of charge. The room in general very quiet even though it was on the main street side. The receptionist offered multiple times to help us with the luggage - a true gentleman and rare phenomenon these days!

The hotel is beautiful, however on arrival there was a mix-up on our room booking. Having spent time finding and booking the perfect suit with a rooftop balcony, we ended up in a junior room with no balcony. Somehow, the automated booking system was to blame. We were refunded 30% but unfortunately, the error was hugely disappointing for our special stay. Advice: Check your booking directly with the hotel if you have your heart set on the room you've booked. I have to say the reception lady was lovely and helpful. The location is amazing. The breakfast included was ok.

The room and our rooftop was incredible. Lovely large bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff were all fabulous and we felt very looked after. The dining room downstairs is so gorgeous, and the hotel is on one of the best streets in Budapest, and right next door to the Opera House. And close to the Basilica, which had the Christmas Markets out front.

The room was excellent sized, with a very big bed and bathroom. Our room had skylights which made the stay even better. The location was excellent, very close to everything. The staff was very courteous and polite, giving us a lot of information and tips for our stay in Budapest!
