The breakfast was excellent, the facility very nice, the location reasonably good, 5 minute walk from the New York grand café and 6/7 minutes away from the metro station.

A really amazing find – they went above and beyond in every way. From extremely friendly and helpful staff, to the welcome champagne, to a spotless room, to an amazingly comfortable bed, to one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Everything about the place had so much care and attention to detail. I felt sorry to leave.

I loved the warm welcome of the receptionist, very courteous, respectful and provided all the information we could need on the town, showing us the map, where we were and how we could find our way to the different touristic sites. The room was very clean, breakfast was great, room service cleaned the next day in the morning, with services such as sauna, fitness as on photos. With my wife we used the sport hall for half an hour and it is was great. "I got bang for my buck". I will definitely return again. The hotel is midpoint from most touristic sites. I highly recommend and will return next year.

Our experience was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. It is put at your disposal everything you need - water, apples, tea and/or coffee to make when you need one, slippers, shampoo and bath gel, body lotion etc. The area where it is situated is safe and quiet. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious.

The receptionist "Karolina" was so sweet and friendly, she helped us through the whole process. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is located in a great position to reach a lot of points o interest (St Stephan's Basilica, Various Museums, New York Cafe, etc) by foot, which was great. The room was pretty spacious, bigger than your average hotel room, sporting a big screen smart tv, large bed (which was decently comfy) and tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was 10/10 - they even have a chocolate fountain (for those who fancy high sugar intakes in the morning) and the coffee machine made a pretty good cappuccino which can be configured according to one's tastes.

The hotel is super cosy, staff is lovely, very professional and helpful, breakfast was tasty and diverse, rooms were spacious and clean, all in all the whole experience was really nice, we highly recommend it!
