The hotel has everything you need! We booked a double room with breakfast included, it offers lots of choices everyday. The accommodation has also the spa included in the reservation and it was lovely and relaxing using it after a long day in the cold city of Budapest. The staff is amazing, we received a detailed map upon arrival which helped us organizing our itinerary. The housekeepers were very accommodating with our late checkout request. Would definitely come back!! Thank you!!

Everything ! Extremely clean, helpful and kind staff. I loved the Sauna and Jacuzzi as well. You get a full royal treatment, you even get Netflix and YouTube for entertainment! Location was central and close to buses and tram, although the street was a bit deserted, I never felt unsafe. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend to everyone !!

Breakfast was great, complete from meat, to vegetables, fruits coffee and tea, and even desert. Room was nice and clean. The location is good just a few minutes away from the tram.

I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was just perfect, and I felt so well taken care of. The staff were professional, and always ready to help. The room was fantastic—clean, cozy, with such a comfy bed and great toiletries. The hotel complied with my request regarding the type of bed without any problems. I also loved the hotel’s facilities. The wellness area, especially the sauna and jacuzzi, was such a treat after a day of exploring. It was spotless and so relaxing. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—so many delicious options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The location was good too—close to metro, tram station, shopping centre but still quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel also offers parking near the hotel. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Bo18 Hotel Superior. It’s clear that they really care about their guests, and it shows in everything they do. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay!

Very kind and helpful staff. They let us check-in 3 hours earlier which was great for us. They try to do their best to acheive your satisfaction. They accepted cash in EUR without need to pay for any exchange fee. Although the surface area of the hotel is not big but they tried to have all necessary things. You can use the sauna and jacuzzi, although they are very small but not bad :-)

We absolutely loved the hotel. All of the staff members were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The hotel was very close to the metro station and many different public transportation services. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of different choices. The facilities were great and the room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. Highly recommended.
