Please note that rates are confirmed in EUR. Cash payment is accepted in EUR or HUF (local currency), and credit cards can be charged in HUF (local currency) only. EUR rates are exchanged to HUF, the conversion is made at the foreign currency selling rate - valid on the day of payment of the bank where the account of 7Seasons Apartments is kept.
Please inform 7Seasons Apartments Budapest of the number of guests arriving (including the age of children). Please use the Special Requests box to provide this information when booking. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests indicated. Added costs for children and additional guests are not included in the reservation price and need to be confirmed by the property.
Please be informed that the air conditioning operating period is determined by the condominium based on the ambient temperature. It usually operates outside of the heating season, typically from 1 June to 31 October.
Please note the hotel will temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will otherwise be cancelled.

location location location! amazing place, near metro, bus, 100e (from airport) 3 min walk. not a better place can be found. the room was very big, and clean (1 bedroom), with big kitchen (we didn't use much), and a washing machine. living room etc. it could easily host 2 small kids. check-in was fast, and so was checkout. internet worked perfect and was fast. TV didn't work. but we didn't miss it much. the sofa was a bit worn out, I guess the new 'deluxe' rooms would fix all that. Highly recommended. if you're looking for KOSHER food, three's a bakery under the building which is kosher. within 8 min walk you can find Vaci Utca (the shopping street) and so many restaurants, cafe;s pubs, cocktail pubs . 100 of places within few minutes walk. we felt very safe. heating was great too in the cold weather. i would highly recommend this place, and the price was perfect.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy even though we arrived at midnight. The room was lovely and modern and very clean. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and my friend slept in the bedroom and I had the sofa bed. The main bedroom is small but functional and very clean. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but to be expected really as it is a sofa bed. The apartment was spacious and right in the middle of all the attractions. We walked everywhere and always felt very safe. There is a 24hr mini mart directly opposite the apartment which was great especially given we arrived so late in the evening and wanted to get some bottled water and snacks. Couldn't have chosen a better location really! Very happy and would recommend!

Exceptional hosting experience! Everything you need to know about the city and activities is explained in detail. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for families or groups of friends. The location is unbeatable, making it ideal for both daytime adventures and evening outings. The location was excellent, with restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was also good and was replenished constantly.

The apartment was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. Each room has plenty of cupboard space. The living room was pleasant, and we had fun - me as grandmother, my two daughters and 3 granddaughters. We also once had a meal there, with a take-away. The showers were very good, and the location of the apartment couldn't be better. Wherever we wanted to be, was just walking distance. We went to see the Ballet at the Opera House! It was magnificent. The apartment was nice and warm to return from walking outdoors , and very comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of January 2025 and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The location is perfect for sightseeing, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The apartment was impeccably clean upon our arrival, and the reception staff were both helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. We’re already considering this place for future visits to Budapest. Highly recommended!
