1. Very good location, close to metro stop, close to old town district and to the streets with parties/restaurants. 2. Air conditioning worked in both rooms well. 3. Quiet apartment, I didn’t hear neighbors/street noises. 4. The apartment’s manager was always available via e-mail (not via booking.com), fast & clear communication, also sms notifications. 5. Easy self check-in and check-out. 6. A small balcony was also a plus.
