I've read a lot of comments from others & I totally don't understand any of the previous 'complaints' I've read, this hostel for me was just perfect -- and I stay in a lot of places! The check-in was easy-peasy -- the staff member at Nest was from Denmark, an absolute total GEM (friendly & helpful!) -- lockers in the room, beds were pre-made -- soooooooo comfy, the beds! -- lights & plugs beside each bed -- bathrooms & showers were kept clean ((( with good flow & hot water, shifted sometimes but completely manageable )) -- a wee basic kitchen & fridge, for basic preparation ... a varied 'free' breakfast every morning! Breakfast one day was crepes & jam & yogurt .... the next, boiled eggs & veggies & toast.... I liked the physical set up (where the tables & chairs were) -- there's luggage storage -- the bus to the airport, less than 10 minutes away -- an easy walk from the Metro -- grocery stores nearby -- and everything felt perfectly safe! I would absolutely & totally stay here again! The photos posted just don't give it justice! I wore ear plugs, but that's something I do normally.

Location (proximity to the metro / bus / trams), simple but nutritious breakfast, secure measures are in place into main building ie reception and also into each dormitory, dedicated female dorms, kitchen for meal preparation, ect Showers / toilets were kept clean. Lots of lockers. I would stay there again.

The location is central, you can reach the city center by walking 10min, and a supermarket just 3min away. There were plenty of toilets with shower, so I never had to wait. The staff is very friendly, I talked to a different person each time and they all were very nice and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, they provide towel and a locker in the room, also you have a little light next to your bed. Breakfast was nice, simple, healthy (some vegetables, boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, coffee), it is a bit late if you have a tour starting before 8.30am. As I only needed to sleep there, it was fine, bed was comfy enough, and with the code to enter the facilities I could come and go at any time.

Located a few minutes away from the city centre, this hostel provides good accommodation for travelers (bunk beds equipped with a small light, sockets and a personal locker). I had breakfast included but never managed to use it as I always left earlier than the given hour (8:30 to 10:30). I’ve read towels are included, I did not get any, I guess I should’ve asked? Negative sides: I didn’t find toilets that clean (especially those located in the basement) I guess it’s guests’ fault who should need to take care of the place they are in and of potential other guests. Plus, they should be careful at night with their belongings in order not to disturb other people’s sleep.

The hostel exceeded my expectations, especially thanks to the amazing service provided by Maria, the Brazilian receptionist. She was absolutely perfect — from the moment I made my reservation, guiding me through the check-in process, to the warm and personal welcome upon arrival. Always ready to help everyone, incredibly attentive and genuinely kind. Maria truly made my stay memorable.

I stayed at Nest Boutique Hostel for one night, three nights and then two more nights when I came back to Bucharest. Good points: 1. Clean 2. Breakfast 3. There is a market in the city center and very close to it where you can find everything. Bad points: Everything a hostel should have is available, so there is nothing I didn't like about it. However, there was a room mix-up and unfortunately the solution was for me to give up the room I had previously booked. After I was placed in a more crowded room, I learned that my room had been rented in the hostel the day before. Someone else moved into the room I had booked much earlier. Did I lose anything, in terms of money, absolutely not: they paid the price difference. But the smiling face at the reception could solve everything. But it would have been better if you hadn't mentioned this mistake.

I arrived in Bucharest with the Flixbus from Sofia, bus station near with the PACII Metro Station then going to Piata Unirii...the best location that is near to the hostel and near to every tourist destination...cross road of the hostel is the beautiful chatedral...

The volunteers were lovely! Thanks to Flora, I was able to enjoy my stay there much more. I hope the owner understands how important they are to the place; without them, it simply wouldn't work and the Booking rating would quickly drop to an unmanageable level. The location! Close to everything, including a 24h Carrefour (15 minutes by walk) and the bus to the airport (<5 minutes)
