One of my favourite locations in Bucarest, this was a new lady on the desk. I would call her a Sunshine, no hesitation to say that she is absolutely competent, and that is the kind of professionalism one would expect on a late check-in and early check out ( 23h00 to 04h00 am), I was tired but she gave me that extra boost !! Thank you very much, keep it up 💯

There were no phone in the room and also there is no microwave as well because we asked the lady and she said there is no microwave in the hotel

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I got help with a phone charger and an iron when I needed it. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom as well. Good value for the money.

The staff was awesome, very helpful and really nice, especially ladies who worked when I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is quite close to the public transport.
