rooms were clean room had smart tv with netflix option staff were helpful, polite, and attentive to any questions we had. breakfast was tasty and open between 7am and 11am it is located very central to bucharest city - 30 minute walk to old town (palace of parliament, etc.) - 10 minute walk from the natural history museum - 45 minute walk from the dimitri gusto museum.

The staff were amazing and attentive. The rooms lovely. Location close to some very nice restaurants and local attractions are easy to get to by public transport or a brisk walk. If I am ever in Bucharest again I certainly would stay here again.

Greeted at the door and given drinks and sweets, taken up to the room which was so clean and comfortable. Every time we needed something the staff were friendly and helpful. We were even able to book a massage through reception and it was unreal. Genuinely the best value for money hotel

The hotel, staff and location were amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer and were so helpful in getting taxi's and having lots of information on what to do/where to go.
