Attentive and friendly staff at Reception. Comfortable and warm room with all the necessary little things i.e. cosmetic set, bathrobe, slippers, coffee, tea, water. Regular cleaning, change of towels on request. I liked breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. I have no comments, thank you for your hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Phoenicia. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. They also gifted me a bottle of champagne- which was such a nice gesture. The staff were friendly and kind, ensuring every interaction was warm and welcoming. On my departure day, they allowed me to extend my checkout time, which gave me the chance to relax a bit longer before my flight. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed. Combined with the exceptional service, it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests. I recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bucharest.

Very central and convenient location. Extremely comfy and cosy hotel. I am amazed by the kindness and hospitality of the staff- they exceeded my expectations. The food at Lido Brasserie is delicious and there is a wide collection of wines. Extremely pleased!

By far the best hotel in Bucharest. This charming hotel is sparkling clean, amazingly beautiful decorated, every detail in the right place and probably the most important thing is that the staff is great. Many thanks to the beautiful ladies from the reception who made my stay extra special. I will get back to Lido anytime.
