The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly , and the location is situated close to TNB, Old Centre, and houses of Parliament.....I'll recommend whormly. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, BED WAS VERY CONFORTABLE,AND OVERALL ,THE ROOM GOOD PRICE FOR QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE SERVICE.

Great locations and great property. The staff were wonderful and so kind at all times. They went above and beyond. There’s clearly a lot of work going on in the hotel and our floor you could clearly see this. However, I went on another floor and you could see that they were less mid build. I would Stay again, I wish there were more Pillows in the room but reception did find one spare when we asked

Our room was spacious with a separate little kitchenette, lovely and clean The shower was lovely and hot. I can not fault it at all

Internet is not stable. Hot water supplying is not good. I stayed on 6th floor, so, it is very noisy by wind blow, from next rooms.
