Great rooms with everything working well, which is unusual in Colombia. Furthermore beds were extremely comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Staff are great and very professional. They are always there to help. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and quality products.

Location is central and 25mins from the airport. We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm. Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant. Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right. Breakfast was superb. Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.
