The room was spacious, clean, and cozy—perfect for traveling with kids, as the hotel’s interior is filled with fun cartoon characters and illustrations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly; they even made me soup for breakfast when I was unwell, which was the only thing I could eat. A truly thoughtful and family-friendly stay!

The setting and comic style decoration were great, and very entertaining if travelling with kids. Comics are available for you to read. Staff was friendly. Easy reach from train station Bruxelles Zuid with a 5 minute walk. We were in a large family room where we could comfortably fit up to 6 person.

It was really convenient to the Brussels midi train station so the walk was pretty short however the walk to the lodge was a bit sketchy. The lodge is perfect for families.

The receptionists were very helpful and provided a warm welcome, especially Sam. The hotel location is not far from tram stations leading to the main city, which was extremely helpful.
