The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. It was a nice and quiet room. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. We had a great stay.

Very well presented and welcoming place to stay. Excellent location, very close to train station and centre of town. Very close to many restaurants and attractions. Staff were very nice and spoke excellent English. The rooftop bar has great views and very comfortable. The gym was well used by the youngest of our family group. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this accommodation.

The breakfast was ok. I didn't quite get the meaning of the coffee cups on the tables as you had to get the coffee yourself. Usually when there are cups, there is table service. The location was good an the room was very quiet.

The hotel is perfectly located right near the grand place and the rooms, though a bit tired, are a good size and nicely decorated to feel quite grand. Lovely helpful staff at reception and the room was cleaned well.

A welcoming and efficient check-in with friendly, helpful staff. The concierge was very helpful arranging an iron and ironing board to be delivered to my room, offering to store my luggage on checkout day, and even arranging a taxi. Such proactive, attentive service with a smile was a great reflection of the attitude of the staff at the hotel, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room was a good size, with comfortable bed and bright bathroom. I found the room to be warm and quiet and well laid out.#, and nicely furnished. The hotel is located in an excellent location and is easy to find, just a short walk from Brussels Midi station and a few minutes walk from Le Grand Place square and a selection of bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a nice range of breakfast items. Downstairs, the adjoining bar restaurant Chutneys offered some tasty draft beers and menu, should you wish to not wander too far, or enjoy a drink without heading outside. Equally the rooftop bar on the 6th floor offered some pleasant roof top views in a modern, cocktail bar setting.
