It was very clean and nicely decorated and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was good 25min walk from the Christmas markets but there were places to eat nearby.

Nice shampoo, provided facial tissue. Welcome biscuits. Didn't use the bar but looks like a nice area for seats or working on your laptop.

The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. They assisted with our luggage, provided us with a map of Brussels, and recommended excellent tourist spots and nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. Their support made our trip enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was super fresh and affordable, the bonus is that when I woke up I could smell the freshly baked croissants in the hallways of the Hotel. Furthermore, the ambience in the hotel is very cosy, and comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly.

Nicely decorated hotel, with a friendly atmosphere. It sometimes really feels you are back in the 80s, but with a contemporary touch. The staff was welcoming and the hotel has a nice lounge.
