To be honest: the hotel was pleasant enough. Well located but I would not consider it a 4 star at all. It lacked finesse, soul and real attention to the users experience. Coffee machine but no milk. I was not feeling well and the fact that the hotel left a window open the first night that could not be closed and apparently was broken, was not additive. I almost broke a toe coming out of the bathroom as there was an annoying step that seriously was dangerous. The shower leaked all over the floor as the sealant had worn so much. Some patron was making so much noise on the phone during the night that I kept waking up. The phone whilst it dialed through to the switchboard, they could hear me. It really wasn’t all bad. I do feel that the price point was not reflective of the quality.

The breakfast was fantastic, with home-made granola, smoothies, marmelade, bread and pastries. Clean and quiet in the breakfast area. The family room was spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom. Clean. Fridge in the room and bottles of water were provided every day! The tea and coffee amenity in the room was much appreciated. Very good location, next to the tram station.

Lovely hotel in Avenue Louise 10 mins walk to the metro station Very polite and friendly staff ,quick check in and check out I did not include the breakfast in my booking but we still decided to try it out and I am glad we did as we had loads of cold and hot options They also have a lovely gym with more equipments than I expected
