The location was perfect because I attended an event at a Palace close to the hotel (5 min walk) and it is also located at 10 min walk from the Magritte Museum and also very close to many shops, therefore it is perfect for combining business and pleasure with limited time. I also like they have room service and the options were very good and the food was good too. Breakfast had many options as well and it is served in a room with views to a garden. I had a 2X m2 room with a double bed and it had very nice views, even from the bathroom since is was semi-open to the room. I liked very much that design: the WC was on a closes place, but the basin was connected to the room separated by a double sided mirror that could me move from right to left as desired. The shower was ok, although the door to close the shower is shared with the WC: if you shower, then the WC stays open. It is an intelligent move but it can be a bit non-private if not travelling alone. The senior staff was very helpful, specially a lady who was at the front desk when I went back for lunch (also lunch was good). I did not use the sauna, etc. but I visited and it is beautiful since all facilities have windows: you can be in the sauna looking at those great views. Very positive: they attended my pre-arrival request to have individual solid soap and, although I was told only the twin bed option was available, I finally had a double bed. Very much appreciated!!!! :) It is also nice that they have an iron and there is no need to request it like in other hotels. And brilliant I could check about 2/3 h earlier than expected, what allowed me to change for the conference.

Great location with parking garage available. The breakfast was outstanding and so were the spa and gym facilities. Fantastic views of the city! The room was overall quite large.

I really enjoyed the view over the city. It was a marvelous sighseeing experience. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good, but there were no pancakes or waffles, which is a disadvantage. The juices and the fruits were excellent. I appreciated the access to the lounge with a view a lot.

One of my best hotel experiences ever. This is everything a hotel should be. Room and bed - perfect Breakfast - perfect Staff - perfect facilities - perfect I stayed on 21st floor and the view was spectacular. The brand new spa was luxurious and spotless and the Panorama Lounge was a terrific bonus. I have stayed in countless hotels but this is one of the best. No downsides at all except maybe the configuration of the en suite shower room which had no privacy from the bedroom, but that is very minor. The hotel is a 25 minute one mile stroll from Brussels Midi railway station or a €20 taxi fare. Go figure that one.

they have refurbished the sauna, it is now much larger, looks very nice, beautiful views, certainly a reason to stay at The Hotel breakfast is very good, good choice, nice view from restaurant into Parc d'Egmont
