The property it self is a beautiful building inside and out. Considered by travellers and locals as one of the top 3 hotels within Brussels. This is true, it does ooze class. The room was great, nice spacious room and amazing bathroom. Cannot fault the aesthetics at all.

Rooms getting old but still good, so much space in the room but not that needed. Restaurant for breakfast dinner no windows so not comfy.

Room was very comfortbale, spacious, cleaners did an amazing job every day, brillant bathroom filled with lovely amenities. The breakfast was very varied and offer fresh produce. great selection of cheeses, hot food, bread, pastries, juices. Coffee machine had options but the taste of the coffee wasn't to my tasting. Good service from watier and waitresses. Great coffee machine and water available in the room. All restaurants and bars where delightful. Service was vigilant ilent but not overbearing. All food tasty as well as cocktails well made. Christams decorations where wonderful and added to the Christmas feel.

Amazing breakfast on day one and then had a fantastic breakfast delivered to the room on day two. Room was large and spacious, location was good but would need an uber to city centre.

Loved the bathroom in our room, underfloor heating along with the bath and aqua di Parma soaps. Very neatly laid out. Amazing sized bed for me and my wife. Comfiest pillows and mattress.
