Amazing location just near to the biggest shopping street of Bruxelles (rue neuve). location is very safe and the manager, Mr Akeel is very nice and friendly. He has a very good knowledge of every places in Bruxelles. I will recommend this place 👍🏻

The position is the best since it’s near the metro and the city center of Brussels, the staff is really polite and always ready to help; the room has a big TV but we never used it, the bathroom is small but really functional and they always ask if you want them to clean your room, the bed is really comfortable and the room is always warm

The hotel has a nice Christmas reception, a friendly receptionist who helped me with my luggage up the stairs and a good location near the metro station, many cafés and shopping streets.
