The room was spacious, with a large desk and comfortable bed. The location is quite convenient, close to a train station and with different bus connections. It was great to have filtered water on every floor, with two reusable bottles in the room. The fridge and the kettle in the room worked just fine.

First of all, all the employees were friendly, but there was one of them, Chinese or Japanese, I can't remember her exact name, she treated us very well and did everything she could to make sure we had a comfortable holiday.

Location to the nearest train station was great. A small convenience store and an excellent/exceptional breakfast bagel place close by if you don’t want to eat breakfast at the hotel. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and the beds were high quality.

It’s super close to a metro station with good bus routes to the centre. The hotel lobby was very modern and very clean. The staff was welcoming to us and helped us with our needs.the rooms were really nice and big. We had adjoining rooms so it was very nice that they could accommodate for that. One of the best things about the hotel is the connection to a well stocked gym with a beautiful swimming pool and sauna
