Very nice pillows!!! We traveled to the Brussels for US visa and this hotel location is vewry close to the Brussels Central railway station and US embasy.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathrobe and slippers were a pleasant surprise. Close to the Central Train Station which is good for food supplies.

Jean Marc at the reception desk was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The bath robes and slippers were nice surprises. Complementary water was much appreciated especially after the walk from the North metro station where we were dropped off by the FlixBus which we had to use because of the railway strike that extended to March 2, 2025.

Convenient location, super close to Brussels central station. Walking distance to the main points. Pleasant room, very clean, and they provide coffee, water and tea. There is also possibility for room service and the food is good.

A new, modern, spotless hotel, in a quiet area, but close to the city center, only few streets away, with very friendly staff. The room was elegant, very confortable bed and pillows, nice decorations and good toiletries. I liked the attention to details, small things that make you feel good, like fine Belgian chocolate in the room, welcome drinks.
