I liked location of the hotel, room was big and comfy, sadly I saw not so clean bathroom and cracks in the wall. It had parking (need to pay extra). Staff were kind and nice but food... Heating was good but noisy

The staff is nice and attentive, the bar area is also beautiful to hang out with nice pool tables. The location is good, nice restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed the coffee place (Stella) just in front of the hotel.

Huge comfortable bed. A spacious and clean room with a mini fridge and tea+coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance from art nouveau sites Horta Museum and Maison Hannon. Tram stops 1 minute up the road. The bar and lounge area downstairs looked fun, we didn't get time to try it.

The hotel is located in a good location. Breakfast was very good. Fitness center is tiny, suitable for upper body exercises only. Hotel is pretty modern. Big and comfortable beds.

Great location within walking distance from the city center. We requested a double bed prior to the arrival and while the initial, probably automatic reply was that they can't confirm the request, because it depends on the current availability, at the end there was no problem with getting a double bed. Our room didn't have windows towards the main street, so it was really quiet during the night and the mattress was also comfortable. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of sweet and savory options, variety of veggies and also warm dishes like eggs, bacon and pancakes. There was a restaurant/bar at the ground level of the hotel, which we found a bit expensive but we enjoyed everything we ordered.
