Hotel is nice but neighborhood not really, and it’s not in the city center. Room was cozy but the lighting is really harsh, there are a lot of scratches on the desk and you need to ask for all the normal amenities (kettle). Bed is great and the breakfast was very nice, with fresh waffle and good options, but I still don’t understand the poor quality of fruit juices.

Unique and stylish interior design, very spacious room with everything you need (coffee machine, iron, bathrobe, slippers). Extra points for the eco-friendly option to skip cleaning and towel change – rewarded with a free drink voucher. Amazing breakfasts. Would happily return!

Very lovely hotel, good location, a lot of creative mindset. Breakfast buffet feels like brunch, you would want to spend a bit extra time there :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I mentioned in the special requests feature when booking that we were coming to Brussels for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday celebrations, not expecting to receive anything, and were blown away by how much the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! Upon entering the room we were greeted with a beautiful display of cakes and fruits, a voucher for a free drink in the bar, a handwritten birthday card, and we even got to dine in the restaurant for breakfast at no extra charge. We cannot thank the staff enough for this, it really did make my boyfriend’s birthday that bit more special! :)

Not terribly central but still close enough to walk in 30-40 minutes to the central areas. The breakfast was rich and tasty. Large, comfortable bed, large room. Coffee capsule machine in room.

The hotel is very close to metro and tram. I liked the design of the room with vivid colours and the view from 7th floor. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Staff at the reception very kind and helpful
