Good location, near to the Grand Place and to the railway station as well as metro. For tourists it can be a good option to choose.

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of all major attractions and close to a metro station. The room was basic but a decent size, clean and comfortable and overall it was fine for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The toilet flush and the bathtub shower pipe weren't functioning properly in room 2032. Despie having raised the complaint since the first few hours of our 3 night stay, we had to figure out the flush for ourselves and the shower pipe leak was never fixed so we werent able to use the bathtub.

Breakfast good, but staff couldn't/didn't cope well when busy. Nearly always (on two days) a long queue for hot drinks.

The room was spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had plenty of large towels, and they were of good quality. The staff was very polite. And one evening, when everything was closed, I asked if there was any hot chocolate available. Even though the bar had closed, the receptionist made it himself and brought it to my room.

Everything was perfect. Awesome room, very comfortable, spacious & clean. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing, right in the centre with a shopping street just behind the hotel. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions. Above all of that, the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. It was also my birthday and I was given a surprise gift at check out - not expected at all and was a pleasant surprise. I felt personally taken care of and again, staff and management really went above & beyond to provide a great experience. highly recommend this hotel for sure !

The room was spacious, beds comfy and the location perfect. The location is the middle of shops, restaurants, parking and public transportation. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the view of the city while having breakfast, perfect!
