Modern, comfortable and clean. Nice common spaces and bars. The only problem is with temperature and ventilation. The windows are not posiible to open. Inside The room was very hot and was not fresh air. I slept in dormitory and felt lack of oxygen. The bed was comfortable but without the air it was very hard to sleep. I asked in the reception about the air in the room but the answer was that it is the central system and they can not help.

The location is nice and the hostel is beautiful! We were 5 people and our room was comfortable! The beds were comfy and the fact that douche, sink and wc are separate is a big plus!!!

The hotel's location is relatively close to the city center, and you can get public transportation in less than five minutes (tram or bus services) that can transfer you to almost the entire city. The hotel's employees were very supportive and gentle, with a warm smile every time you met them and in the mood to help you.

Large private room, within walking distance of the old town. Close tram connections for the Gare du Midi (Eurostar) and the Atomium. We had a great stay.

- Nice location, because not exactly in the crowded center of the city. - Well communicated (next to the tram and bus stops and metro station). - The hotel is connected with its own bar/pub with good prices. - Very helpful staff.

I stayed in the 10 person dorm, everything was so clean, the room was spacious and didn’t feel like a 10 person room, the bar downstairs was great, all the staff were so friendly, plenty of common areas, kitchen was great, plenty of choice at breakfast, even the hotels decoration was nice. I travel a lot and was impressed for the price, definitely will stay in this chain of hotel in other cities

The beds were nice and soft and the rooms were nicely designed. The location was close to Grand Place with 20 minutes on foot.
