I got an upgrade to a bigger room, it was very comfortable, quiet. The staff was great. A carrefour shop next to the hotel, which was great, close to the metro, so very conveniently located.

Thanks to Jeta everything was okay. She could manage to switch our room the next day since the remote of the tv didn’t work and the heating was constantly running it was super hot.

I believe the hotel's rating is lower than it deserves. It was on par with many 8+ rated hotels in Europe. The room was spacious and practical. Perhaps we were lucky, or maybe it's always like this, but the room was very quiet. While there were no extras apart from towels and liquid hand soap, this was not an issue for me. We mostly walked to and from the city center.
