The staff were generally friendly and the decor was ornate and fascinating. Our room was very small and pokey for a double, the shower did not function properly and the shower panels were not properly cleaned.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were super friendly. The hotel location is perfect, as it is very close to the main tourist attractions.

The property is like you've stepped in to Marrakech and a very short stroll to the main square, the owner is so friendly and welcoming, all the staff were very obliging and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Brussels. It's very handy for the transport links .

I booked this hotel based on price and location three short blocks from the railway station. The bed was comfortable , the shower clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I appreciate breakfast was included.. I would stay here again .

The staff were very helpful. Especially the owner, who is also working as the manager, is a fantastic host, very supportive, friendly, and competent. The hotel is significantly unique and very rich in Moroccan royal flavours. Not to forget that the Hotel is located in the hear of the city, and 3 minutes walking to the Central Train Station. I look forward to staying there again, and highly recommend it.

Very beautiful place! Rooms are old but that does not matter at all, the hotel is beautiful, the owner is welcoming and funny, and the location is great!
