One of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed at. Ceiling in restaurant-bar area was breathtaking experience. Room was spacious, clean with very comfortable bed and completely noise proof. Breakfast area also very pleasant to look at and there was plenty of choice to start your day with.

Location couldn't be better, as everywhere we can reach walking. Breakfast was world class with tasty coffee and fresh squeezed oranges. Plus variety of smoked hams which is my benchmark of quality.

Staff were excellent, particularly front of house, especially Nancy. Nothing was too much trouble. She gave very good recommendations. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was very quiet.

Great positioning, in next to big shopping area and 10 min walk to city center/Brussels Bourse. Very royal, classic style. Huge Christmas tree. Hotel bar is jusr great experience. Breakfast rich and tasty. Clean rooms, nee sheets every day. Good smelling. Clean bathroom and clean floors.

Lovely foyer decorated for Christmas. We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out. The buffet breakfast had everything you would expect for a continental hotel.

Very good location in the heard of Brüssel. Decoration of rooms and lobby very nice fitting to the style of the hotel. Room and bathroom are big and in very good condition.
