The location was great and the staff were amazing and super helpful. IT was very cold while we were there and the heater couldn't keep up. They brought us a space heater. They were all so lovely. The staff made the stay.

The location of this hotel is spot on. Not far from the train station and right by the Royal Galleries. A couple minutes walk and you’re at the Grand Place. Plenty of bars and restaurants around it as well. The foyer is lovely and welcoming.

The proximity to everything was brilliant as you could then walk everywhere. The design of the hotel was fun and quirky. Staff were very helpful.
