The hotel rooms were lovely. I ended up getting a room upgrade at check-in and the rooms were glorious and location couldn't have been better I was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go

Beautiful hotel, right in the centre of everything. We visited for the Christmas markets and were 5-10 minutes away from each market. The staff were lovely! Rooms are beautiful and so comfy with the most lovely touches. Only gave it a 9 because there were a couple of small things like only 1 milk sachet given, but honestly so easy to fix and you wouldn’t regret staying here.

An absolute delight in a stunning Art Nouveau/historical building! We spent a wonderful, romantic weekend in Brussels and couldn’t be happier with our hotel choice! The room facilities, breakfast, and building are fantastic! Exquisite taste in every detail—decoration, food, resting area, even the fitness facilities—all are top-notch! Location is fantastic only 7mins walking distance from the Grand Place!

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Stafff are amazing, made you feel welcome. We arrived early and they accommodated our early check in. We dined at the hotel restaurant and food was delicious and our waiter is wonderful. Convenient location and lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Had a great experience and would stay here again.

Hotel Fleur de Ville has a group of amazing staff. The property itself is spotless & has everything you need. An amazing restaurant which I highly recommend for breakfast. Very generous and of the highest quality. The Hotel rooms are sophisticated and furnished with high end finishes making it feel luxurious. We had our 15 month old with us and the hotel accommodated him with a cot, sheets and we had the option to have our room serviced daily (important with messy little person!)

Qw stayed at this gorgeously renovated hotel in Brussels, where the aesthetics from the entrance to the room were exceptional, complemented by top-notch cleanliness and modern amenities like a tablet and a pillow menu. The hygiene products provided were amazing, and the hotel was permeated with a delightful fragrance. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
