Location, staff, breakfast and comfortable beds. When you’re sightseeing how hardly spend time in your room, but you need a good nights sleep! This bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in, breakfast was continental, pain as chocolate were amazing!

The room was basic but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, about a 15min walk to the Grand-Place.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to the centre, many restaurants around. I like it to be in an old town building, which is, to me, more charming than those modern hotel towers. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. I will certainly take it into close consideration when travelling again to Brussels.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to find from the nearest metro station and all of the staff very friendly. My room (a single) was very spacious (including the bathroom).

Breakfast satisfactory but many of the foods (fruit, cheeses, meats) looked to be tinned or pre-packed. Location very good and in an area that retains a strong local characteristic. The staff very friendly and helpful.
