I booked last minute and was impressed by the flexibility of the host (who even kindly lend me a phone charger), especially since I was only able to check in very late. The room was very clean and large, with everything I needed for a good night's sleep. I will definately come back here, also because the price is competitive.

The location was good, at 30 minutes far by the center, by walking. The host was very nice, friendly, open and available for any of our questions, wich was really helpful.

Sara is a very warm person. I recommend her accommodations for the clean rooms, the good communication, and the proper advice she gave me related to the surrounding shops. Also, the property was located in a central area, near the metro. Thank you, Sara.

My room was lovely, with lovely high ceilings, wooden floors, comfortable bed, & one of the best showers ever, & mostly quiet, except one night when there was a party going on above me. I really liked my room (ground floor to the back), big windows, loads of space. I had a nice welcome, the shared kitchen was great with tea coffee & fruit available, & a shared fridge. I was staying in Brussels mainly to work from my room, & it was ok for that.

I loved this place , huge room with a very comfortable bad . Everything clean. Fast WiFi , TV channels . The kitchen clean and has everything what needed . Nice neighbourhood !!! Park around to walk . Sarah who is managing the property she is very kind a lovely person . If I am in Brussels definitely it’s my place to stay !!! Thank you so much !!

Our stay was perfect. Sara welcomed us at the accommodation before check-in, allowing us to enter and leave our luggage so we could start exploring early. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen is excellent with everything needed for breakfast and dinner. The area around the accommodation is amazing! It is just a block and a half from the European Union offices, and the neighborhood is beautiful. It is close to the metro, supermarkets, and places to eat. If I return to Brussels, I will definitely stay at Sara's place again. The communication with her was very smooth and flexible. Thank you very much, Sara!

The apartment is spacious and very well furnished with clean sheets and comfortable beds. The family who owns the place is very sweet and friendly. The communication for picking the keys up was very easy. Big bathroom and shower tab is available. Very close to the European Parliament only walking distance, but you have to get a bus to get to the center part of the city. The bus station is just outside of the building. The kitchen which is shared outside of the apartment has everything you need to prepare a meal even a coffee automat for fresh coffee. A small terrace garden was available just outside from our room.
