Good mattress, and quiet despite the central location of the hotel, I slept really well. The breakfast offer was great, although the staff was completely lacking a sense of clients (like you should be out of their way while they are busy with the logistics, or speaking with one another).

Location was perfect, staff were welcoming, bar man was great. Hotel was incredibly clean and the main hall upon entrance is beautiful and welcoming.

Nice to be upgraded by booking.com to a King Deluxe. Close to long shopping street and Christmas markets as well as Brussels nord train station which I wouldn’t recommend going to with luggage as my passport was taken right out of my bag when I looked away for 5 seconds. While the water station was convenient in the hallway, it was far from our room (2046) and the jugs given were only able to hold 2-4 of the small glasses provided in the room

Location... Next to Rogier underground and 6 min walk to Brussels Noord train station.. and about 15 mins to Brussels old town.

Nice interior, friendly staff and some pretty good amenities such as a gym and sauna. Breakfast was good but expensive. Hotel caters more to business people than couples.
