our host was very helpful and kind, the accommodation was clean, in the center of Brussels and a cozy room...all day hot water and heating in the room....the pleasant surprise were the owner's 2 cats who accompanied us sometimes in the common area ...the kitchen provided you coffee tea juices and every kind of breakfast...I will recommend it to friends and for sure our next time in Brussels will be at the same accommodation

The room was gorgeous, Edmund is an absolute gem and I'd go back just for the two most beautiful and friendly cats! I wish I had more time to spend at the property. Next time! PS, the mattress kinda fixed my back! Incredibly comfortable.

BXLROOM Guesthouse is very well located in the historic centre of Brussels. Easy walking distance from the train station and to all of the main places of interest. Edmund is a great host, very helpful, respectful and accommodating. We appreciated his restaurant recommendations and suggestions of things to do and places to visit, which helped us make the most of our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Despite being in a busy neighbourhood, it was really quiet once inside, perfect for a good nights sleep. It was nice to be able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, cereals etc in the shared area. An added bonus were the two beautiful, friendly cats!

Everything was perfect! The little balcony was great for coffee in the morning. Kitchen was perfect, location is amazing and the host and is furry friends couldn't have been more welcoming.

Everything , especially the location . Edmund was truely a superhost , not only did he he bak us croissants every morning during our stays, but he also gave us many information about hanging around in Brussels. In addition, the cats were super adorable.

3 mins walk from Grand Place so the location is exceptionally good for the Brussels sightseeing. The hotel is along one of the main streets but very quiet thanks to multiple doors getting into the room (very good sound proof). The staff is super helpful to make your stay in Brussels more comfortable. Any questions, please ask him!

lovely clean place, excellent bed and perfectly silent considering the prime location. host was very welcoming as well and highly accommodating. Two lovely feline companions keeping us company as well.

The location is perfect. Maneken pis and Grande Place are just around the corner. The place is very clean and beautifully furnished. The host is very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
