The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Amor the night receptionist was really helpful. The location was near enough to where a tourist needs to be, and far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was really good.

The staff were so lovely, very helpful and explained everything clearly. We got upgraded on arrival, which was amazing as the room was very spacious. Everything was clean and new and I really enjoyed having coffee/tea station in the room. Water pressure in the shower was very good. The location is great, you can reach Grand-Place within 25-30 min on foot and the metro station is 5-8 min on foot (depending on how fast you walk). The area itself feels safe, close to shopping streets. Great value of money!

The staff at the reception is very kind, helpful and cooperative. The room was super nice and spacious actually it was a family room. I purposely booked a room in the external building, which offered rooms on the garden side. It was very quiet, which is a challenge to find in Brussels. The breakfast was nice, with enough choice, although, in general, cappuccino from a machine is not my favorite. It was very close to the venue location for my meeting, and close to a shopping street and enough restaurants around. All in all a perfect place.

Hotel fine..Highly recommend as my daughter informs me. She was the guest...I booked and paid. BUT BOOKING.COM SCREWED UP MY BOOKING AND YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL ROOM I DID NOT BOOK (£118.26). TO ADD; YOUR WEBPAGE WAS PLAYING-UP, IT FROZE SEVERAL TIMES, BOMBARDED ME WITH SUGGESTION TO DOWNLOAD YOUR APP AND WITH ADVERTS. I BOOKED 4 NIGHTS AND THEN ADDED AN EXTRA NIGHT, ON THIS NIGHT YOU BOOKED TWO ROOMS, THE BOOKINGS WERE FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR 4- NIGHTS PLUS 1-NIGHT EXTRA. I RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION FROM YOU FOR THE EXTRA NIGHT- IT WAS THE HOTEL THAT CONFIRMED IT AT MY REQUEST IN AN E-MAIL. YOU DID NOT SUPPLY ME WITH A CONFIRMATION NO. OR A RECEIPT. PLEASE NOTE I ONLY APPROVED 2 REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT 1. £409.54 2. £111.01 I RECEIVED NO CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE EXTRA NIGHT I BOOKED AND THIS ADDITIONAL BOOKING FROM YOUR WEBPAGE, I HAD TO CONTACT THE HOTEL BEVERELY HILLS, BRUSSELS FOR DETAILS. I have contacted my bank's fraud department who are awaiting your explanation once you have taken payment. I CERTAINLY DID NOT APPROVE PAYMENT FOR THIS ADDITIONAL ROOM BOOKING. MY DAUGHTER WAS ONLY INFORMED OF THIS ADDITIONAL ROOM BOOKING ON LEAVING THE HOTEL AFTER HER STAY. WHY WAS PAYMENT NOT REQUESTED AT THE TIME (11th Nov 24) I PAID FOR THE EXTRA NIGHT (Sat 14th Dec 24) INSTEAD YOU ARE REQUESTING PAYMENT NOW 18th Dec24? I received a reservation no. CPB-4003-003151 (€131.54) and prompted was several times to 'Complete your booking" I never did complete it, I have these on my mobile still. Kind regards Dr Michael Gorman
