The hotel exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed staying there. I didn't use the gym or cinema but hope to next time. For the persons that love to have a good drink, the bar does not have many cocktails to offer. It does have Aperol Spritz.

Peaceful room facing the courtyard. Good firm bed. Window could be opened for fresh air. Coffee machine and a microwave on our floor was excellent. Very friendly people at the reception.

Great place to stay, close to trams, shops and a couple of good places to go out. I came by train and tram this time, but is also my go to place when coming by car.

Not my first stay but it’s such a cosy and nice place , wanted to say thank you to the receptionist that was there when I checked in he was super nice and helpful.

Very clean and nice environment of the hotel. Great selection for breakfast. Free coffee and tea whenever. Possibility to use microwave. The hotel's location is close to public transport and it is a relatively quiet neighborhood.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable large beds and a big bath room. Good bath products. Each floor has a coffee and tea facility. There is a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Cups and glasses are real, no plastic or carton. If you skip the cleaning you get a €5 voucher for a drink or snack. I asked in advance for a certain location of room and this was accommodated. Very friendly staff. Location is in a nice lively area and a 20 minute tram ride from Brussels Midi.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, allowed me to check in early which was great after a long journey. The decor of the hotel was quirky and fun. There was a good choice at breakfast. It cost around €10 for a taxi from Zuid/Midi station and around 30 minutes to walk to the centre. I would definitely stay here again.
