There is no reception available on weekends.Please note that breakfast is only served during the week, not at the weekend or on bank holidays. Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 09:30.You will receive the check in instructions via email to access the property. Please contact the property in advance for further details or in case of any questions.In case of loss or damage to the badge/key card, an additional fee of 5EUR per badge/key card will be applied.If property is not informed about pets upon reservation there will be an additional cost of 50EUR per night (instead of 20EUR per night ).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Top! Rooms were very nice and convenient. The location is close to the metro, making it easy to access every part of Brussels. Thanks to its location, taxi service wasn't costly if you travel to airport or train stations (Brussel North or Central station) The Parliament and the Commission are just a few minutes away on foot – ideal if you're on a business trip for that purpose. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I left completely satisfied with my stay.

Room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with all one needs for a stay including an equipped kitchen and a work area. Bathroom is spacious and had all that one would expect. Bed was very comfortable. There was a safe and a large wardrobe with hangers in the room

The rooms were big and very comforgable. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the necessary things to do in a city (transport, restaurants, pharmacies, etc)
