A very good hotel…. Comfortable, clean, friendly and efficient staff, felt very welcome. The location is fantastic… close to everything… sightseeing places, train station.. there is a coffee shop downstairs the food looked great…. We were very happy with this hotel.

Very much enjoyed this stay. The location is excellent, very central. The room was very clean and minimal noise considering it's located in a busy area. We didn't have breakfast but there's a coffee shop in the reception area which is great. Will book again. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location right in the city and easy to access central station and metro. Easy access to Grand Place and Galleries. Room nice and warm for a cold February visit. Appreciated the kettle and big mugs for our morning cuppa! Great shower. Arrived early and staff secured our bags for us and felt very safe. Lovely view of spire of grand place from our room.

great location to stay in Brussels and within a walkable distance to the central station where you can take a train to Bruges and Ghent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Ava ensured I had some gluten free bread at breakfast on day 2 of my stay.
