The breakfast was great and I would definitely recommend adding it to the booking as it’s quite expensive if booked separately (as we did this when our daughter visited). A great selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, breads and hot food such as bacon, sausage, eggs etc. The reception area is really comfortable, modern in design and relaxing. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and also allowed us a later checkout (at an additional cost) and also booked us a taxi to the airport. Cleaning was carried out daily which was fantastic. The room, albeit a bit dated in its decoration, was clean, quiet, had air con, a safe and a small fridge. The coffee machine and coffee pods was a great addition too. It was a great location for our needs and also very close to the main train station.

The hotel is clean and well presented, and the staff were very helpful. The area is a little run down and needs some tlc, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Great customer service! They were so helpful on where to go and what to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the heated towel rack. The hotel is about 30 mins walk from the centre of town but only a 4 min walk to Brussels Nord train station.
