There are plenty of positive things to say about this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist. The lobby is a welcoming space, perfect for relaxing or working as a mobile office. I especially appreciated their self-service bar, which added a nice touch of convenience. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a fresh and diverse selection of pastries and savory options. The location is another standout feature—just a short walk from Central Station and situated right by the Sablon, surrounded by galleries and a variety of excellent restaurants. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it.

On a quiet street with little of no traffic and not ton a walking route, close to the Centre without being amongst the tourist masses. Quiet and efficient. Nice sized room. Everything functioned.

Great location, relatively quiet and discreet. It has a nice aesthetic and a great sauna/pool area. The lobby is quite original with an open bar and work area.

The location was fantastic, it was easy to access the city on foot and we visited further afield using the central station which was a 5 minute walk. The pool and sauna also made the stay fantastic, very relaxing after a full day of walking round! The communal areas were also great to sit and have a drink.

Much as expected for a city centre hotel. Staff friendly. Bonus have a small pool and sauna. Very welcome after long days in art galleries.

Amazing staff, good breakfast, very very clean. I’ve done various 9hotel and other hotels in belgium and this was is the best fit for me by far. Highly recommend.

Pool and Sauna facilities were good, breakfast is a humble bust tasty buffet that removes the stress of fighting for space in the city and had a very cute waffle maker, quiet location allows for peaceful sleeps. The staff were very pleasent and helpful across the board.
