Great location, the metro station is exactly next to the hotel but you cannot hear any noise. Helpful and friendly staff, Omar was so supportive and gave us all the information that we needed, he is super fast in answering the messages. The room was clean. They also had daily room service. Breakfast was in comparison to what you pay and the breakfast lady was so nice you should definitely ask her for fresh waffles. We would stay here again. Definitely worth your money.

I liked that the reception was manned 24x7 and the people manning it were all quite helpful and accommodating. They provided assistance to all my queries. There was also free coffee, tea and juice nearby, as well as an honesty bar. There is also a Brussels Central Metro & Train stair entry very near the hotel.

The location was ideal, situated near the central train station, metro, and main tourist attractions. The room was nice if you prefer that style of design. Breakfast was enjoyable, but it would be helpful to add more variety to the menu.

The best thing about this hotel is undoubtedly its location—just a short walking distance from Brussels' iconic Grand Place, which makes it perfect for exploring the city center. The room size was great and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel's location is literally the best especially if you plan to travel thoughout Belgium by train as day trips. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. After a night without sleep the early check-in was a lifesaver.
