A shuttle service from/to the airport/railway station is available for a fee and needs to be arranged in advance.Please note that breakfast is served from 07:0 to 14:00 from Mondays to Fridays, from 9:30 to 14:00 on Saturdays and from 10:00 - 14:00 on Sundays. Guests requiring an earlier breakfast can book in the neighbouring café from 07:00.Please note that 2 of the guest houses are located a 1-minute walk from the main building. The staff will accompany you there upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Checked in via the Restraunt and was shown the Guesthouse entrance by a very professional member of staff. Room was clean, we had a family room on top floor and it was extremely spacious.

Review from the friend I was travelling with: I stayed in Balthasar Neumann for two nights while I was visiting Phantasialand the fun park in Brühl and it was a very pleasant stay. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it was most certainly 5 star in service and hospitality. They were very kind to me and they kept my luggage for one day after check out so I could pick it up later on the way back from Phantasialand so that was very sweet and kind of them. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something comfortable and affordable, nothing fancy but clean, warm, and quiet. Thank you for having me there.

Excellent location, right in the city with private parking just a short walk away Very close to the bus station which was brilliant for the shuttle bus to phantasia land

Excellent proximity to Phantasialand. Good takeaway food options nearby. A short walk into town to visit Bruhl castle.

Made to feel welcome immediately, and was amazed by the room we received. Balcony was a great place to sit, room big enough for three people easy and a brilliant bathroom.

I loved the fact it was an old style German house with the furniture to match. I stayed here with my mate and our sons, and it was a very pleasant stay while we followed Scotland during our brief spell in the Euro's. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again
