Beautiful decor, rooms are clean, good size and comfortable, lovely breakfast. The reception staffs are so lovely and helpful. It’s only 2 minutes away from town centre and everything was at the doorstep. They have sent us recommendation for restaurants in advance and it was very useful. Thank you!

No elevator. We had difficulty to carry our luggeages 2 floors by narrow stairs., No air conditioner. Room has very low ceiling we hit our heads few times. But it was somewhat comfortable and perfect location. Few underground parking in the vicinity. Our stay was ok.

In the old city centre, clean, warm, comfy, easy to access when we got there later than 8pm and the staff we spoke on the phone to inform that we would be late was very helpful!

The hotel has its own charm. I really liked the interior design. The breakfast was pretty simple however. The location is very convenient to everything in Brugge. I liked the receptionista.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Very informative and great to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend anyone booking. Fantastic location, comfortable and clean overall. The only minor issue we had was how stuffy it felt in our rooms

Beautiful hotel, the staff are lovely and very accommodating to your needs. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to the centre of everything We would highly recommend the Black Swan hotel and we will definitely be back again.
