This is my second stay in 18 months as the hotel is all about location. It’s proximity to the old square and canals is unbeatable.

Location was ideal! This is our second stay at this hotel, based on its location. The rooms were neat and clean and they provided a kettle upon request.

We arrived around 1:30pm and we are early for the check in time of 3pm so left the luggage in the luggage room and had lunch. When we come back after 3pm, our room is not ready yet so we have to go out again and walk around town. To make up for the inconvenience (which is not really much) they have given us free breakfast vouchers for the family. It was really nice gesture and great effort from the staff to make sure we are going to enjoy our stay. True enough! We love Bruges. One of our favourite city in Europe.
