The location is excellent, just a corner away from the main street and within close proximity to the Christmas market. The place has plenty of character, particularly in the charming area where breakfast is served. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

First and foremost, Anna and her husband were so so welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday. On informing the hotel of this, they went above and beyond to provide a birthday surprise in our room for him. We were so so impressed by the level of service and personal touches provided. Furthermore, the hotel had character, it was cosy and the decor was fabulous. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Our room was cosy and comfortable. The hotel was in an ideal location close to everything including the market. It was good value for money and the room was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really good location for the town and shops. We stayed in a room for 4 people which was really nice as we still had room to move around but we could all be together. Bathroom was nice and big

The location was phenomenal. The room had a direct view of the Belfort, right next to many restaurants, yet it was extremely quiet and we could sleep with open windows without any issue. The hotel was in a beautiful historic Bruges building and was decorated accordingly.
