Please note that the reception is closed from 18:00. For a late arrival, guests are kindly requested to notify the hotel.Please note that pets are not allowed in the Small Double Room. Any damage caused by pets during your stay will result in an extra fee.Smoking is not allowed in this hotel.From February 2017, the city of Bruges will implement stricter parking laws for non-residents. The accommodation suggests guests that arrive by car to drop their luggage in the hotel and to park somewhere else.The cheapest option is the Parking Station. Guests can pay EUR 4 per day and when showing their parking ticket guests can take the bus for free to the hotel.

The location was great - just on the outskirts of the old town, which allowed us to see more of the old buildings and beautiful lanes while we walked in than we would have had we stayed near the centre. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the breakfast was great. Fluer and Ingrid were excellent hosts.

The breakfast was really good. They were so helpful in general, I requested a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday even though they do not make themselves they provide for us.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. We were on the third floor no lifts which was OK but in your mid 70’s not the best !!

Quiet room but room is congested with big furniture. Small toilet with partitioned shower area, hence need to be careful so as not to wet wooden toilet floor. Small basin with limited space to place own toiletries. No tea/coffee facilities in room but self prepare tea/coffee facilities available at dining/reception area at Euro 1 per cup of tea or coffee. Owner Fleur is a pleasant and helpful lady. Wifi is good. No lift and had to walk (like 40 steps) to room on top floor. Room was hot with hardly any breeze (though we kept small window open all the time). However, we were provided with a table fan. Need to remove shoes before taking stairs up to room. Limited power points to charge phones, one near door and the other near window but none by bedside, hence quite inconvenient. Dining room (breakfast only) is beautifully decorated. Standard European buffet but good quality bread/croissants/danish/cakes and fresh fruits (cherries/strawberries/blueberries) were served. There is a Thai massage close by (5 minutes’ walk) and laundromat (8 minutes’ walk). There are few restaurants and small mini-marts close by.

What was not to like? A quality accommodation. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and quality of the bedding was amazing ...so comfortable. Room was very quiet. A little bit of walk into the main centre but well worth staying here. Very easy to get to the train station when we left.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location feels very quiet despite being less than 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Fleur and Luke were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was great - just a short 10 minute walk to the historic center. We really wanted affordable accommodations that had character and the hotel was charming - decorated with fun pieces and antiques. If you have mobility issues, be sure to let them know when booking so that you can be assigned a lower floor as there are steep stairs.
