The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we had a very happy and comfortable four night stay. I would love to return. The room was charming and comfortable, and the bathroom perfect, with lovely toiletries. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and obviously spoke very good English. The location is fabulous - really close to the centre and right next to the canal. Rooms have sound proofing so noise wasn't a problem.

Beautiful Hotel and location is amazing, room was perfect, decorated to a very high standard, huge bath. car park at the rear of the hotel which is rare in Bruge center. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was excellent!

This is a lovely hotel. The room was very pretty and very comfortable, with a view of the canal and the rooftops of the city.. The staff were really helpful. The hotel is right in the centre of Bruges overlooking a canal. We had a lovely stay.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they carried our bags from our car up to our room. They even upgraded our room without us asking, and provided a snack bag when we left. They allowed us to park our car for a few hours after checking out which we really appreciated as we could have lunch in Brugge before continuing our long drive home.
